The worldwide politics have reached a peak of discomfort lately with the United States leading the way. In the past 18 years, Rise Against continuously kept their moral compass steady, using their international punk platform to speak out for social justice. Albums such as “The Sufferer and the Witness” or “Endgame” supported the band from Chicago along the way. Rise Against made one point very clear with their album “Wolves”: it’s not about creating a safe space, it’s about creating a space that’s dangerous for injustice. The fight is not over and Rise Against won’t sit it out.
