How it works
Submissions from bands from all over Switzerland will be collected until the specified closing date.
Our expert jury will then select six bands from the submitted band applications to compete against each other in the band contest to win two highly coveted gigs at Switzerland's biggest rock festival.
The two winning bands selected by a panel of experts will be given the unique opportunity to perform live in front of the audience at the Greenfield Festival 2025 and rock the stage. -

Let the battle begin – attention swiss rock, metal & punk bands! The Greenfield Festival’s band contest goes into the next round and the winners will rock the stage in front of thousands of fans at the Greenfield Festival 2024. Sweat, stage presence and energetic rock, metal or punk music is just your thing? Then what are you waiting for? Hit the keyboard and apply with your band until February 23, 2024! With a bit of luck and a lot of skill, you will be voted into the final by the expert jury and will soon be climbing the Rockolymp. The final of the contest will take place as a live show on 13.03.2024 in Zurich and on 23.03.2024 in Martigny. Good luck
