  • Tickets & Prices

    Attention secondary ticket market!

Buy your tickets only through the Greenfield Festival's authorized booking offices, as professional and private resellers increasingly see a lucrative business in buying tickets through the official advance booking office and then reselling them at high mark-ups. This harms artists, organizers and audiences alike.

To protect yourself from overpriced tickets or counterfeits, we strongly recommend that you only buy tickets via the official advance booking offices and never on websites of so-called secondary ticket market platforms such as Alltickets, Viagogo, Onlineticketshop, Worldticketshop, Vienna Ticketoffice, Ticketbande, Ebay, Ricardo and many more.

Information on this can be found on the video screens and from the loudspeaker announcements.

  • Crowd surfing

For security reasons, crowd surfing is not permitted. This measure is for your own protection.

The first offense will be followed by a friendly warning, after which you will receive a yellow card. The yellow card or yellow arm band means you are banned from the festival site for 24 hours. The festival wristband will be temporarily confiscated by security staff. The ex-surfer may continue to stay on the camping site. After 24 hours, they may exchange their yellow ribbon for a visitor's ribbon at the ticket offices/ticket exchange tents. The yellow card is also issued for other misconduct, such as climbing/climbing beer trolleys and structures.

Drug consumption is illegal and prohibited on the entire festival site. Drugs will be confiscated by security staff at the entrance and handed over to the police.

The ban also applies to CBD hemp! It is recommended not to bring CBD hemp to the festival, as it cannot be distinguished from other cannabis. CBD hemp will therefore also be confiscated by security staff.

  • Police station

Among the many visitors to the festival, there are always those who spare no opportunity to prey. Theft by cutting open and removing tents or reaching into bags is their specialty.

They shamelessly exploit a lack of attention and carelessness. Police and security cannot protect you everywhere and at all times.

    The best protection is you!

Help and protect yourselves, keep your eyes open and report suspicious persons or conspicuous behavior. Security, police and info points will help you.

Opening hours of the Interlaken police station

    Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00
    Saturday 08.00 - 16.00
    Sunday closed

Here you can raise your concerns or file reports. In principle, reports can be made at any police station in Switzerland. Certain reports can be submitted online: https://suisse-epolice.ch/epolice/

    Remember!

Take as few valuables as possible to the festival.
Deposit your valuables in the valuables depot at the entrance to the concert grounds or always carry them on you.

The hassle of theft always costs the victim a lot of time and quickly several hundred francs. Thieves make easy prey in the tent. Report every theft

  • Ambulance

In the event of an emergency, contact the emergency services or the nearest festival employee immediately. Emergency doctors and paramedics are always present in the medical tents. The medical center is located on the camping site (24h operation).
